Habitat Monitoring
Monitoring the health of natural habitats is key to the success of AHB’s efforts to protect and enhance the ecological resources in Herring Bay. AHB volunteers track our local populations of horseshoe crabs, amphibians, birds, and other plant, insect, and animal species. We also collaborate on citizen science projects and share expert information about the watershed.
