Approximately every 10 years, Anne Arundel County prepares a “General Development Plan” that outlines its vision for land use in the future. AHB participates in the planning process by submitting background materials; recommending policies aimed at maximizing the value of services provided by ecological assets; and commenting on any proposed changes to the use of individual parcels.
